Schedule:
Online meetings will be held on a monthly basis around topics that are chosen by members. We will determine meeting times based on user schedules and time constraints. Meeting length will vary between one half hour to one hour based on the topics chosen for the meeting.
NOTE: During the Covid19 crisis, we will be meeting online every other week to share experiences, issues and solutions with each other.
Face-to-face meetings will be held on a member campus for one and one half days. Usually arrival is the night before the full day meeting and the meetings end at noon on the second day to allow members to catch flights. Below is the schedule of face-to-face meetings:
