Meeting Schedule:
Online meetings will be held on a monthly basis around topics that are chosen by members. We will determine meeting times based on user schedules and time constraints. Meeting length will vary between one half hour to one hour based on the topics chosen for the meeting.
NOTE: During the Covid19 crisis in 2020, we met online every other week to share experiences, issues and solutions with each other. During 2020, 2021 and for Spring 2022, we will have our Fall and Spring Meetings online and plan to have our Fall 2022 meeting on campus.
Face-to-face meetings are held on a member campus for one and one half days. Usually arrival is the night before the full day meeting and the meetings end at noon on the second day to allow members to catch flights. Below is the schedule of our annual Spring and Fall meetings:
